Reolink Distributor Terms & Conditions

Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein applicant hereby applies for Distributorship to Reolink and agrees to read as carefully as possible the guidelines and policies set forth below and agrees to follow same.

The agents, resellers, distributors, retailers and any other third-party vendors who are willing to sell Reolink products in specific markets shall be hereinafter referred to as the "Distributor" collectively.

1. Distributor agrees to use his/her best efforts to maintain, increase and promote the sale of Reolink products in a manner favorable to him/her and Reolink.

2. Distributor serves as an independent contractor and as such is responsible for their own business. Therefore, Distributor will pay all costs of marketing and distributing Reolink products and agrees to hold Reolink harmless from all costs.

3. Distributor's rights and responsibilities will be determined by Reolink's website and other Reolink publications. It is understood and agreed that Reolink has the right to alter, modify or change the terms and conditions of this Agreement, at any time upon thirty (30) days prior written notice of such changes. Written notice of such alteration, modification or change may be given by Reolink to the Distributor by regular mail, email, or by posting a notice on the Company's website. The Distributor is bound by such altered, modified or changed terms and conditions as reflected in the most current Distributor Agreement, or as altered, modified or changed, from time to time as permitted herein. No oral modifications, additions, deletions or exceptions to the Distributor Agreement are permitted.

4. Conditions of Becoming an Authorized Reolink Distributor:

a). Recognize the value of Reolink and establish long-term business relationship with Reolink;

b). Individuals or enterprises with strong financial ability & experience to run the business of Reolink;

c). The one who is honest and is willing to sell full range of Reolink products and provides good service to end-users;

d). The one who is willing to comply with Reolink marketing discipline & pricing rules in specific markets;

e). The one who never dumps Reolink products at low price or breaks our pricing rules;

f). The one who provides good pre-sales, sales and after-sales service to end-users.

5. Distributor may use the exclusive logo provided by Reolink and it is acceptable to use Reolink's design drafts and creative images after obtaining the approval of Reolink. However, use of Reolink's brand, copyright, Reolink website's existing pictures, pictures photographed by Reolink or the copyrighted images purchased by Reolink from external resources are forbidden.

6. Distributor may use Reolink's product images, official documents and old pictures. The promotional videos released on Reolink's official website and Facebook can be downloaded by Distributor for promotion purpose under the premise of reserving Reolink's logo.

7. Distributor is not allowed to plagiarize Reolink's copy write whereas it can be quoted, linked to or translated into other foreign languages except English.

8. Distributor cannot hold himself/herself out or permit any person to hold himself/herself out as the authority on Facebook, Twitter or SNS. His/her identity as a distributor should be clearly indicated in the advertisements.

9. The price offered by Distributor should not go against that of Reolink's website. Distributors in America, UK and Canada are not allowed to provide a discount price lower than that of Reolink's official website, which doesn't apply to the distributors of other countries.

10. If the Reolink products that consumers purchased from Distributor do not function to their satisfaction or does not apply to their installation, consumers should contact the Distributor for the return and refund policy. All the return and refund processes related to the Reolink products purchased from Distributor are subject to the specific policies of the Distributor.

11. Distributor is responsible for collecting the defective products within warranty period incurred from shipment or costumers' use and sending them back to Reolink's warehouse in Hongkong.

12. A Distributor may be terminated by Reolink immediately if the Distributor's actions discredit Reolink or violate these terms and conditions, or if Distributor makes claims contrary to Reolink's literature, labels or for other good cause.
